This rosé is mostly Cinsault
but it can be cellared for 40 - 60 years if stored in optimal conditions: 12-14 ºC / 54-57 ºF and 60 % relative humidity
and a delicate vinification that is respectful of the fruit
after a minimum of three years cellar-ageing
It lingers well on the palate and has great ageing potential
where the wine continues to age for five more months
