The last confirmed sighting was in 1993 and searches in the last few years have failed to find it. Additional elements include the Fiji Coat of Arms, a salt basket (Kato ni Masima), vertical and horizontal numbers on the banknote and the signature of the Governor of the Reserve Bank of Fiji.
