1970's Yamaha FG Series Folk Acoustic (Made in Japan)

1970's Yamaha FG Series Folk Acoustic (Made in Japan)Fully laminate construction (spruce rosewood) with an Indian rosewood fingerboard, nato neck (C profile). Lower bout measures 41cm and the upper bout is 29cm, the action at the 12th fret on the low E string is around 3. 5mm (some room left in the saddle to lower the action), plays nicely as it sits as a loungeroom guitar! Unknown model as the label is missing.

both areas were injected with glue and clamped before being buffed and polished so they're both rock solid and smooth to the touch

This is one of the earlier models with no 9v output

a smooth maple/walnut transmit neck (and heel-less cutaway) and a rosewood 24 fret fingerboard with mother-of-pearl inlays

Loaded with one original single coil pickup along with an aftermarket P90 pickup in the neck position

Made in Japan from the late 90's

it features an ebony finish with a mahogany body

it's also had the pickups swapped out for a Lace Sensor in the bridge and an Aria Pro II branded Gotoh humbucker in the neck position as pictured

It's known that both Tokai and ESP have made copies of it and this looks like exactly the same specs as those but there's no way to confirm the builder unfortunately
