Erde Wines "Tear in Your Hand" Red 2022Tear in your Hand takes its name from Tori Amos song in Little Earthquakes (if youre not familiar, click here for a great live performance), and it is Kirk Sutherlands take on a breezy, chillable vin de soif. 70% Gamay 30% Grner Veltliner from a dry farmed regenerative vineyard in the Columbia Gorge, partial carbonic, gentle 10 day maceration, zero added sulfur. The wine is pure and snappy with wild red fruit.

Satyricon is pressed by hand in a small basket press and raised for at least 22 months in stainless steel (incredible to accept for a wine so deep and complex)
