1980's Yamaha Japan BB800 Broad Bass (Black)Japanese made in the early 80's, the BB 800 was Yamaha's attempt at redesigning the Fender Precision Bass. Double cutaway alder body with a gloss black finish, maple neck, it weighs 4. 1kg's. 43mm nut width with a full scale 21 fret slab rosewood fingerboard, it's loaded with a P style pickup controlled by master volume tone knobs. Bought from a pawn shop locally in the mid 1980's by the previous owner, this one has a set of Schaller tuners installed
