Note: 11/16" (for 3/4" taps) and 7/8" (for 1" taps) hole saws don't need a threaded hole saw adapter
The threaded hole saw adapter is needed to attach 1-3/8" (for 1-1/2" taps) and 1-3/4" (for 2" taps) hole saws to drill rods that have a threaded tip
