Bodegas Borsao Tres Picos GarnachaBodegas Borsao Tres Picos Garnacha is made from 100% Garnacha (Grenache) grapes grown in the Campo de Borja DO in Spain, from old vine plots on the slopes of the Moncayo Mountains at 600700 metres altitude. In the glass it shows a deep cherry ruby hue with purple tones. On the nose and palate expect ripe black and red fruit blackberry, plum, raspberry and dark cherry layered with vanilla, liquorice, cedar or light spice, tobacco or leather notes, and

guava and a hint of peppery spice

or salty cheeses and cured meats

This will pair beautifully with shellfish

The grapes are grown on high-altitude terraces on the steep slopes of Botmaskop Mountain

the grapes undergo a 10 to 15 day fermentation using indigenous yeasts before spending time in French oak barrels

creating high quality white wines in Puglia can be a challenge but we think that this blend is fantastic

yet fresh with electrifying acidity

This is made from 40 year old Cinsault vines in the Swartland area of the Western Cape

the wine is filtered and then rests in steel for about 3 months before bottling
