Bastien Jolivet "Cuvee de Louis" VdF Rouge 2023100% Syrah from just outside St Joseph. 1 2 destemmed. Chewy and layered with blackberry, tea, and nice bright overtones. Not heavy on the olive tapenade notes like some Syrah. Organic.
"Formidable 5S0" is 100% Cinsault (5S0 = cinq + so) only made in years when the harvest conditions are suitable
