The greeting A Happy Halloween appears in ornate red and blue script at lower right. Marked Made in Saxony on reverse, postmarked Oct. 29, 1913, Providence, Rhode Island, and written on verso to Miss Marjorie Loucks in Davenport Centre, New York. This card is not
