Fiolet, St. Omer, France, Note Stem Broken, 3-1/8" LAntique painted clay figural tobacco pipe depicting a busty blonde woman seated on a chamber pot, crafted with humorous and risqu detail. Stamped L. Fiolet, A St. Omer, France, identifying manufacture by Louis Fiolet, the noted 19th century French pipe maker. The stem is broken approximately halfway along its length. Exhibits surface wear and paint loss consistent with age and handling.
