Antique Wooden Jewelry or Trinket Box Inlaid Tunbridge Marquetry Inlay Wood Vintage Hand Made OriginalThis is a gorgeous antique wooden jewelry or trinket box. It has a beautiful inlay on the top. It would have once had a key to lock it but the key and escutcheon plate are no longer with the box. It is in very good condition for its age. This box measures 9 1 4 inches or 21 cm in length, 5 1 2 inches or 14 cm in width and 2 3 4 inches or 7 cm in height.

It has some light wear as photographed and is still in good condition for it's age

It sits over a tea cup or mug

This is a beautiful original vintage beaded evening clutch bag purse from the early 1900's - 1920's

They have hand made stands soldiered to the back to make them stand upright

It is white in colour and has a squirrel in the middle

It has two mother of pearl inserts on the corners

It also has a greeting in the handwriting of its original owner on the first page

6 1/4 inches or 16 cm in width and 5 inches or 13 cm in height

It is lined inside with silk fabric
