The space and light were fantastic and the session was productive

it worked well on this Romantic

It felt mysterious and powerful somehow

These vessels are some that my wife gave me one year for an occasion

Still I wanted to make my picture

and another local photographer ( I rarely do this but this day was an exception)

I am a person who collects things with the idea I might want to use them in a picture someday

but still I dream of what it was like

but I am struck by the patience of the animals and the will of the cowboys

Before the students arrived I made a couple of 8x10 film negatives of the setup

and like in this case printing some for the first time
