70's Black Suede Clutch with Reghi Lucite Frame by Ruth SaltzBeautiful 1970s black suede clutch with shiny black lucite frame and gold lift clasp. The bag is roomy and lined with a rust colored lining with Ruth Saltz logo. Zippered pocket. The frame has a Rheigi Italy mark imprinted on the inside, as well as the word Patent. Designer is Ruth Saltz. Good condition. There are some light scratches on the black frame. I noted one small area on the suede that is lighter and not as soft pictured. Measurements Width
